Training/Program Development Intern for Workplace Learning and Development:
(One 20 hour or Two 10 hour positions available)

This position will require interns to develop and deliver workplace educational opportunities to UMass employees. We are seeking candidates with both a breadth of training experience as well as knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory and best practices. Possible projects that have been identified are: research on best practices in the workplace; the development of on-line learning opportunities relevant to our customers; campus wide needs assessment on learning needs; and project management of our on-campus intergroup dialogue offerings. The intern(s) will work on one or more projects based on departmental planning and needs.
